Home Care Operations Admin Assistant
An exciting opportunity for an individual wishing to progress in the field of care ... no experience in care required however a willingness to learn the sector is essential. This will include delivering care when required.
- Liaising with and providing administrative support to the Registered Manager
- Providing first class customer service at all times when representing Right at Home
- Updating of records of CareGivers
- To maintain accurate records on the system of all communications, able to make changes to Care Giver files.
- Ensure outstanding compliance across the business for recruitment & retention and to support the business in achieving an outstanding in CQC inspections
- To record all new CareGivers on the system as soon as they are received
- To ensure all computerised and manual records are up to date
- Produce weekly update (60 second update) & monthly newsletter
- CareGiver training administration, booking courses, managing observations
- To carry out any ad hoc duties given by the Senior Management Team to suit the needs of the business
Full time or part time, potential for school hours
Salary - £12.50 per hour
